Position Summary

Our company is seeking an extremely bright and high-energy sales development representative who is interested in advancing in the fast-paced world of hi-tech enterprise sales.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to aggressively identify and qualify business opportunities that meaningfully impact the sales pipeline. You will spend most of your time responding to and qualifying inbound inquiries, as well as researching, identifying and reaching out to key target accounts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development

  • Use internet and social media resources to conduct research and identify new qualified opportunities within target companies

  • Conduct telephone and email prospecting to schedule qualified appointments for the field sales teams

  • Design and execute independent outbound email and phone campaigns

  • Continuously update and maintain accuracy of the company’s CRM systems

  • Provide reports as needed to show lead generation and/or qualification metrics

  • Drive registrations for company and industry events

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior inside sales, sales development or sales experience for B2B Company

  • French Mother Tongue (native speaker), Fluent English (mother-tongue level), additional European language is a big advantage.

  • Experience in Software/Security company is a big advantage

  • Strong follow-up skills (persistence is paramount!), attention to detail and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and independent worker. Ability to prioritize and think out-of-the-box

  • Experience penetrating big enterprises accounts (Forbes 2000), as well as locating and engaging relevant and correct contacts

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions (e.g. Direct Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, etc.)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce.com, Marketo) is a big advantage

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business related field
