Our company is looking for a Renewal Manager for the EMEA business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed renewal sales targets by renewing support services contracts with existing customers in a timely basis over the phone/email.

  • Track and manage all Client renewal opportunities within given territory.

  • Collaborate with team to build out renewal quotes and contract amendments as needed.

  • Analyze renewal trends and service issues and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Own the entire renewal process from end to end, including initial contact prior to invoicing, as well as Account Management and other value added services deemed necessary during renewal cycle.

  • Collaborate with the Account Management Teams to Maintain relationships with clients

  • Pro-actively inform and educate your assigned account base on the value of the support offerings

  • Pro-actively look for opportunities to increase the company’s footprint in the account.

  • Escalate internally support issues that the accounts report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 5 of experience in a similar positon in a global Hi Tech company.

  • Strong computer, written and interpersonal communications and presentation skills.

  • French and English at mother tongue levels (additional European language is a big advantage).

  • Experience with Salesforce.com
