Description:

Key role as Solution Manager (Presale Engineer) working at highly technical and demanding environment.

We are looking for a bright, experienced and motivated person preferably with background in Product Management/ Solutions architecture.

The work requires Leading of presale activities from operational and technical requirements, throughout solution design, system sizing, budget analysis, and commercial discussions.

Qualifications:

· French- Native Language – advantage

· Leading complicated proposals (RFI/RFP response) from the requirement level, throughout solution design, system sizing and commercial discussions.

· Matrix Management of the proposal team throughout the presale cycle

· Leading technical discussions with system architects, product management and BD (inbound) and technical discussions with Customers and Vendors (outbound)

· Be able to rapidly learn new fields, write technical documents, white papers and Impact assessments

· Ability to travel to customers, perform live demonstration, marketing presentations and lead technical discussions.

· Ability to present and interface independently with high management level

· High analytics capabilities, Innovative, proactive and quick-learner

· Customer Oriented with high presentation skills

· Leader with high matrix management capabilities

· BS in Computer Science, Communication or related field,

· MBA an advantage

· Experience as Product Manager, Solutions architect or Presale Engineer- Advantage

· Technical background in IP communication, protocols and decoding

· Ex 8200 or intelligence roles – Advantage

· Understanding investigations methodologies and process – Advantage

· Willing to travel around 30% of time
